Nice site, but not in a good area
The caravan pitches next to the marina are nice and flat and the owners of the canal boats are friendly. It was nice having the pub there too, however, this CL is in a really run down, poor part of Dewsbury. Noisy 'boy racers' cruise the streets constantly and on our second day a group of these stopped and started throwing bottles at the people drinking in the pub garden. This aggressive behaviour was upsetting and having 2 small children with us we really didn't feel safe so we packed up and left immediately
