dont always believe what you read
Cancelled because of negative reviews, but told the owners would call in when in area to make my own judgement, popped in on a sunday lunchtime, everything fine, yes it is in an industrial estate, but pub fine, pitchss lookedfine, busy spot so you will get some noise, did,ant see any dog poo around pitches or boats, probably too daunting for some but if you want a base with lots of surrounding action its okay, if not you are probably better off in a field in the middle of no where.
