birthday treat

We stayed for 5 nights at this relaxing site. Dave is very welcoming and informative.  The large field was fun for our small dogs to run free in, although the grass was a little high for us to see them properly. We did use the spa tub and  sauna for a very reasonable price. Thank you Dave, it was a lovely way to end our stay with you. We found it easy to access north and south coasts of Cornwall.

Amazing Site

We have stayed on this site twice. You always get a lovely warm welcome from Dave. The facilities are well maintained and you always have the added bonus of a dip in the hot tub or a relax in the sauna. You are on the edge of A30 but the noise isn't an issue. Cornwall is made for exploring and Saffron Park is the perfect location for just that.

Week stay

A nice welcome and very helpful site owner , great central location for visiting St Austell , pad stow , Newquay , and all atractions in the area only down side is that site is on the edge of the A30 and tragic noise is 24 hrs a day ,

Central for Cornwall visiting,

Hello, David will greet you warmly and explain all the facilities. These were clean - the shower is fantastic, did not use the Hot Tub, maybe next time. From here we visited, Bodmin Jail, Trago Mills, The Eden Project, Penzance, St Mirran and Looe, all in four days. We ate at the Victoria Inn and The Lanivet Inn, Whichever you choose you need to book, the Lanivet Inn does fabulous food and you are best to eat early, as, it gets very busy later on. You get used to the road noise and, it did not spoil our holiday. We are planning on returning soon.

Warm welcome

We stayed here in the summer of 2014 and was made to feel welcome on arrival. Everything was explained clearly about the facilities available. Highly recommend the hot tub and sauna! Would advise that you take a long electric cable with you to give you more options on how to pitch your caravan as there is a choice. Close to Eden Project and other local attractions. Good village close by with grocery store and takeaways. Wi-fi was much appreciated having two teenagers with us! Would most certainly visit again!!

summer holiday

we stayed at Saffron Park this summer, lovely site, toilets and shower very good and clean,David very friendly and helpfull, site was nice and very easy to find, also nice and level only downside staying there was the constant noise of the A30 which was 24/7, apart from that we really enjoyed our stay at Saffron Park and would recommend it to other caravaners going to Cornwall to stay around St Austell

First Class CL - Saffron Park

We have been coming to Saffron Park for many years and have always had a really good stay (weather permitting). Dave Jeffries is really friendly and helpful when needed but leaves you alone to enjoy yourselves otherwise. The site is very dog friendly with quite a large field for them to run around and enjoy themselves. There are toilets and a shower/wet room on site which are included in the £12 per night price. Also a hot tub and sauna is available at a slight extra charge. Grass pitches or hardstanding are available. The whole site is very clean and well maintained. The central location is excellent for visiting all parts of Cornwall and only a few miles from the Eden project. We hope to continue visiting Mr Jeffries and his lovely Labrador Bruno for a long time to come and will certainly enjoy visiting Cornwall from this handy base many more times.

Lovely place to stay

This site was very easy to find. We received a lovely warm welcome from Mr Jeffries who was really helpful. We stayed at this site for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities were nice and clean. We chose this site because it was close to the market in Par which we always like to visit. We would recommend this site.

A nice relaxing stay

We chose Saffron Park because of its close proximity to the Eden Project. We had a very relaxing three night stay and were very grateful to have hard standing for our Motorhome. The site is well kept and the facilities very clean.  Mr. Jeffries was friendly and obliging and in addition recommended a nearby Pub/Restaurant serving good meals.  We would have no hesitation in booking this site again. Saffron Park C.L. Cornwall

We have been staying at Saffron Park for many years and it is our favourite site ever and we have been all over the country and on lots of sites but we always come back here. Why? Because it has a fantastic size field, great for our dog to run around on and our grand children can run around without us having to worry about traffic. It is also so central to all places in Cornwall, 15 minutes to The Edan Project and about 20 minutes to Newquay. The site has grass and hard standing which is great in our wet climate. There are two toilets and a shower wet room which is free an lovely and clean. Also this site is all inclusive, exept for an extra chargw for use of th Spa Bath and Sauna. The site fee is very reasonable at £12.00 and that is for everything e.g. caravan or tourer, awning, dogs, wi-fi, two cars. Brill. We have been to Saffron Park twice already this year in May/June and again in July when we took my Son, Daughter in Law and two grandchildren with us so two cars annd it cost us £48.00 for all of us for four nights, we had a fantastic time. Mr Dave Jeffries is the owner of Saffron Park and he is a very friendly accommodating gentleman and nothing is too much trouble for him. We look forwarrd to our next visit and hope that this review iis of help to anyone who wants to know about Saffron Park. D&S Hooper, South Wales caravaners for ten years
