Quiet site and pleasant hosts

We used the site for 3 nights in the height of summer. It was quiet and pleasant. Flat and easy for setting up. Loads of space for ease of getting the van onto its pitch. Running water and power immediately next to the van. The tranquillity as special and the site is easily accessed from the M4 and A34 Will definitely return.

Lovely site

Stayed here overnight, very friendly welcome and very easy to find. Very peaceful and flat site and very well laid out. Would highly recommend and will return for a longer stay.

Lovely little haven

Stopped over for a nightand it was wonderful. Lovely level hard-standing tracks to park the van on, mains water and waste for each pitch. Owners were lovely and welcoming and incredibly helpful. Lots of space for the 4 kids to play without disturbing anyone. There is a pub within walking distance which we didn't venture to but we did find a lovely PIri-Piri chicken place which delivered to the site which was a lovely meal. £15 for 7 of us in one caravan with an awning will definitely visit again!

Fantastic site

Excellent site, we'll definitely return. Lovely level pitches, Brian was very friendly and helpful.

- A Very Nice Spot! -

Whilst all the pitches on this Site are adjacent to the road, (if you want to hook-up to electric) there is probably more 'disturbance' from passing pedestrian and equine 'traffic' than any motor vehicles. Enjoyed a very pleasant weekend at this Site - very quiet, very peaceful, green, and surrounded by trees, but very 'open' views nonetheless. A nice P.H. very close by, (walkable) - and the Site very handy for the M4 and Newbury. £12 per night August, 2015. Very reasonable.
