A bit of an issue finding the place in the dark but google maps came up trumps. 4G at this CL so plenty of web access! When you get to the CC Sign go right for 100 metres and site is on your right. There is a small arrow on the CC sign but we didn't see this in the dark. A bit sloping as described in the book but this gives views towards Falmouth. Water and electric on all pitches was a bonus. Basic waste disposal but that is all you need. Friendly owners. Great walks. Local beach to launch our dingy. Two pubs within easy walking distance. Will definitely go again!
