Easy access into the site from A46. Make sure you come off the A46 into The Groaten and not into the Back Lane A46 junction. Back Lane is long and very tight for large vehicles. Welcomed by Jackie on arrival who introduced us to the ample facilities on site and surrounding area. Grass was cut rather long and unfortunately we had very wet weather for several days. I would recommend anyone staying here to take waterproof footwear if inclement weather is anticipated. There are 3 hard standing pitches available. The site is lovely and quiet with an adjacent field to walk dogs. The dog friendly Star public house is a short walk away and the foods is really good. We enjoyed our stay here but due to bad weather we left two days early.
