E mail communication very abrupt and not welcoming
When booking this site many weeks ago the owners emails were abrupt and unwelcoming in as much as they don't even use your name.
At the end of the email they don't even take time to type any signing off terminologies
The site says payment in full on arrival yet deposit was required.
Although I appreciate bookings do get made well in advance and changing may be difficult, my request to change booking dates was met with once again returned with abrupt and discourteous reply
