Wow!

This is a hidden gem of a CL, what stunning views from the caravan with a delightful dog walk into the valley direct from the site. Nearby Seaton beach is also dog friendly with a very welcoming beach café. What can be better than eating freshly cooked fish and chips sat on the beach on a warm sunny evening! The owners gave a warm and friendly welcome and provided a local information pack on arrival and were happy to answer any questions we had about the area during our 2 week stay. Would we go again, you bet we will.

Lovely site

We have just come back from a lovely 6 night stay at Polborder Farm. We received a very warm welcome from owners, who even gave us a information pack about the local area. The site is slightly sloping, but the grass is well mowed. The toilets and showers are spotless, only 3 miles from Looe .W e went down to Seaton Sands most nights, two good pubs both dog friendly and so was the beach. We will definitely go back.

Nice stay

Nice little site.  Looks they are trying to make a commercial site in the field next door.  Not a problem to us.  There a couple of toilets and showers which are adequate.  Decent location near Looe.  We enjoyed walks down to the coastal path and into Looe but quite a steep hill on the way back.  Would go again.

Fine bar the weather!!

A really "top notch" C.L.. Warm welcome from Jacky on arrival, with local interest brochure pack! Well looked after shower/toilet block. Only slight worry is narrow access road, and sloping pitch. However, an excellent advert for C.L.s

A Friendly Convenient Site

A great location to explore Looe, Polperro and Fowey from but being out of the hassle and bustle on a very quiet site with views over the fields full of Shetland ponies.  The CL is very well looked after and has the added bonus of an excellent dog walk on site down to the fishing lakes.  The owners are very pleasant and helpful.  Check with them the directions as the book was incorrect for the last mile.  We enjoyed our stay and exploring the area.

Lovely quiet site

Enjoyed our stay here in July 2014 for 3 nights touring Devon/Cornwall. Very quiet site, with warm welcome from Jacky. Nice dog walk on site. Adequate facilities and very good value for money. Lovely walk to Looe along the coastal path. Even lucky enough to have chat with Prince Charles and Camilla who were visiting Looe that day. Would definitely stay again.

June in Looe by St Martin, Cornwall

June in Looe, Cornwall. We have just spent the most delightful 10 days in Cornwall on a fabulous CL. The CL is a good 1 acre in size with beautiful views and only a 5 minuet drive to the sea. On site toilet and Showers included in the £12.00 nightly fee, now that’s value for money. On site we had peace, tranquillity and wall to wall sunshine, thank you Cornwall. Plenty of things to do in the area we cycled, cliff walked, visited National Trusts and quaint Cornish coastal towns and villages. If you want a really good meal out the Squid Ink Restaurant in Looe provided us with on of the best evenings ever! See Trip Advisor reviews.
