Great Site for Beaches

Another great visit, site large and clean with plenty of space between vans. Short 2 min drive to beach or 1 mile walk if energetic. Dogs loved the long and practically deserted beaches all with free parking, amazing. Been 3 times and will continue going , would recommend.

Amazing site run by enthusiastic people

We spent the weekend and the Monday at this site. The photos do not do it justice - a large site with a small number of pitches but only five are ever occupied at a time in the main field so the site is always quiet and privacy is enhanced by little islands of trees between some of the pitches. Arrival times are early and departure times are late - we got the caravan ready to go on the day of departure and then went to the beach for a couple of hours. Wildlife aplenty and a fantastic clean and not overcrowded beach just over a mile away. Sutton is just up the road for essentials and there are some good pubs nearby (not many though). The facilities are truly spotless and pleasant. This site could easily hold three times the caravans it does now but the owners clearly prefer for their guests to have a degree of privacy and peace which is just fine by me. Plenty of spots to walk the dogs too. A great site in a great location, we'll definitely be back.

Lovely site

We stayed 3 days here and it's a lovely site and great location. Toilets and showers very clean. The only negative was that there is only one water tap by the house and we were parked a long way away from it so had a long walk to get our water. As we have a motorhome we use a container for our water and carrying it back it became very heavy. Another  tap in the middle of the field would be a great help. We enjoyed our stay despite this and would certainly recommend it.

Excellent

This is a fantastic site which Wendy and Chris look after fully, 2 toilets (1 for disabled), shower (small charge) and an information room. There are 9 pitches to choose from when you arrive because the site is vast with well tended grass. 6 of the pitches are seperated off from each other with tree areas. The welcome is fantastic and you are shown everything. 2 peacocks on site and some wild Muntjac deer every evening. The beach is just a mile walk away and Sutton is 3 miles away with the livelier Skegness approx 10 miles away. Overall an excellent site with friendly owners, we will be back.

Great CL

First time here a warm welcome by the owners and good explanation of site facilities.Plenty of room well spread out.A two minute drive to the beach ideal for the dogs miles of beach and you can walk into Sutton. An excellent example of well run CL a shame we had to leave due to ill health.

WOW!!!!

Just spent 13 nights on this CL and must say my wife and I were really impressed. The standard of cleanliness all round was first class. The grounds were in tip top condition and the toilets/shower facilities as good as any. The welcome was great and having 9 pitching areas a choice was available as only 5 are ever occupied. This also gives the owners (Chris and Wendy) a chance to rest a pitch if needed. The location is great for visiting a great many towns, villages and beaches. The only drawback is that this CL will never be short of visitors and may be hard to get a booking. However we can only say, if you want to visit this area give it a try!!

Lovely CL by the sea

Great site, 5 caravans well spaced out and owners friendly and helpful. Drive to the beach in 2 mins where there is no parking fees...wow. Can then walk for miles in either direction.. we saw nobody else on the beach , dogs loved it. Sutton-on-sea has a small supermarket for stocking up otherwise vist Louth, lovely town and church( go up the stairs to the top of the spire). Would recommend, trouble is they are also booked up too so be quick.

Very Good CL

This is a lovely peaceful CL. It is extremely spacious with the marked pitches being well spaced out and separated by small areas of landscaping which gives a little more privacy. Mrs Meaker was extremely welcoming and informative. The toilets and shower are kept immaculately clean, and the whole site is well maintained and a credit to the owners.
