Welcoming and great location
This nice little CL lived up to its recommendation.
A warm welcome on arrival from Sue set the scene for a very pleasant stay. Oak Cottage is well situated, shops and a nice pub are within a 5 minute walk and the nearest beach is less than 2 miles, much of it off-road (and off-lead for our free spirited dog!) Due to it being a small site with high trees the pitches are shaded at times, but this also provided welcome shelter against the 50+ mph winds which would have battered us on a more open site.
