A gem by the Thames

This C.L. is situated close to the river Thames and within walking distance of a pub.The walk to the pub is a little hazardous as you need to walk a very busy road and approach the pub over a bridge. The C.L. is very quiet and basic..no electricity but.the field is well maintained and fairly level. It is near the road but protected from undue noise by hedges. It is quite an exposed site[ facing toward the working farm] and therefore can be rather windy.Never-the-less,it is beautifully situated to enjoy any sunshine The water/toilet emptying facillities are neatly placed together behind a small fence so there is no problem searching for this area. This site is a few miles out of Oxford and about 6.5 miles from Whitney but here you can get the bus S1 or S2 to Oxford.and they run about every 20min. There is a park and ride into Oxford but this has height barriers restricting access.
