Numerous other walks around ‘the town with a heart’ are included in a free guide from www.visitnewmills.co.uk There are two railway stations in New Mills; the nearest has frequent services along the Buxton-Manchester line. We had a warm welcome at this super site. Facilities include a washing machine and dryer, two showers/toilets and a washing-up area with free hot water. All five hardstanding pitches have EHU included in the price. Everything is very well maintained and kept clean. A nice touch is the communal BBQ area with seating.
