Much better than Google maps would have you believe

On first look at this site via Google maps you may be put off by its location. I would urge you not to be though, as you will miss out on a really great site. Owner Steph is friendly and so easy to contact and deal with when checking availability/booking. She was also on hand to guide us in via another safe route when we were following the directions given and found a road we needed to follow was closed. We even had a text from her on our return home to thank us for staying. These little touches are what make sites stand out. Considering where it is, the site was not at all noisy. Yes, there was some noise from surrounding businesses (during the day) and a nearby road, but it was honestly background noise and not disturbing at all. You could still hear bird song and the cows in the adjoining field chewing the grass. Pitches are generous and get the sun all day. They are screened at the rear by bushes. All are fully serviced with hard standing and grass for awnings. Recycling and general waste bins, along with an easily accessed chemical waste disposal. The gate to the field is shut overnight and during the day if everyone is out. The access in to and out of the driveway is easy and wide. There is absolutely loads to do all within 30 minutes or less from the site. Lots of places to walk nearby, including the old Leapgate railway line and Hartlebury Common, both of which you can walk to straight from the site. I recommend visiting Worcestershire Country Council website where there are maps you can download for both walking and cycling (navigate to travel and roads then cycling and walking). Overall a lovely new site that we recommend a visit to and will visit again sometime in the future.
