A lovely site.

We stayed one night to visit the Giant Causeway and then on to catch a ferry. The site was in lovely condition and all amenities were beautifully clean. We often tour this area and will have no hesitation in asking for a pitch again. Only briefly met Alistair who is a very personable chap.

One night stopover.

I had recently reason to be in Bushmills, Co Antrim early in the morning. As I live in Newtownards, Co Down that is a distance of 69 miles, so I decided to overnight at the Alken Certified Location, 70 Moycraig Road, Bushmills, 5 miles outside the town. ÂŁ20 /ngt for CAMC members. Fresh water, Chemical toilet disposal and Grey Waste ( a Waste master / bucket is needed for the grey waste). The owner Alistair Hutton has a large area to the side of his property, split between the CL and other pitches. The CL is accessed via the other area, (as it is not allowed the other way round - through a CL). This sets the CL area at the top of the site, and allows the visitors to have a panoramic view across the Co Antrim North Coast countryside, as far as the Inishowen Peninsula in Co Donegal.

North Coast Retreat

Spent five days at this fabulous site, so quiet and peaceful with fabulous views. excellent for exploring the north coast. 16amp hard standing own water tap, Alister very friendly and keeps the site in immaculate condition, will definitely be back.

One Word - Brilliant!

Stayed here two or three times now. Site owner, Alistair very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful views and a first class location for discovering the North Coast. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended!

Really a little gem of a site. About 5 miles from Bushmills. Each place has hardstanding, electric and water. Nice views over countryside. Would stay again.

A gem of a site surrounded by beautiful countryside

This is a fabulous CL. Alastair was welcoming and helpful on arrival. Water and electric at each pitch. Beautifully landscaped and good spacing. Ideal for touring the North Coast. Lovely views over the countryside to the sea. Stunning sunsets! Note - on satnav use the address rather than the postcode (the postcode sent us astray for some reason). Came for one night, stayed for three - can't say enough...

Off the beaten track

We first spent 2 nights over New year about 2 years ago when it was first opened. We had a lovely placid New Year experience. Since then we have stayed alone or with friends and enjoyed the tranquility, nearby attractions and beautiful beach of Whitepark Bay. Fully recommend.

A really lovely site

This CL is a gem. It has great views across the Antrim plateau to Donegal, and is not far from the lovely Whitepark Bay, Ballintoy and the Causeway Coast. The site itself is new and has been attractively landscaped by the welcoming owners. We are just back from our first visit, and have booked again to go back for the Bank Holiday.
