Just changed from a caravan to campervan and thought we'd try some local to Manchester CL sites with the camper. This one popped up on our searches and wow, very impressed. Booked for a Sat/Sun night and blessed with lovely weather. Well laid out, lots of space, all the facilities you need, well maintained and a very pleasant owners. There's a café on the doorstep which is well recommended but closed on Sunday. We had our bikes which took us to Barton Grange Garden Centre, not too far away and well worth a visit. We also cycled to Garstang a little further on where a Tractor Parade of vintage and modern vehicles was ongoing, fundraising for a children's charity - quite exciting! Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be re-visiting very soon.
