Great stop off for the M6

We used this CL as a stop off from Killin in Scotland to South Wales. It is conveniently positioned off the M6. However, make sure you use the arrival directions out of the Caravan Club book and not the owner's email. In his email he mentioned a college signpost that was only visible from the opposite direction to that we were coming from which led to a rather stressful detour. The site was well layed out with hardstandings and water and electricity nearby for all. The waste water drain was raised which would be challenging for someone with reduced mobility. All of the facilities were clean and well organised. The site itself is immaculate. Access road is rather narrow but fine to negotiate - however when leaving we missed someone arriving way too early which could have been problematic - don't arrive before 12! Close by there were several nice restaurants/pubs and a beautiful canal. Seems a pity we were only there one night.
