Having chosen this CL purely based on distance from home for a weekend away, and locality to somewhere interesting, it was ideal. A very easy access, good hard standing in CL, a basic loo & shower (coins), a field for children to run around (this may have vans on in dryer weather). The welcome etc was great, the setting very nice and the eggs and honey for sale were consumed. We spent all our time in Stratford, a five minute drive (past a new Waitrose) and used the free parking on the Greenway country park off Seven Meadows road (A3490) a twenty minute walk along the river into town (that was with a five year old!) The CL was ideal for our weekend; there was road noise as by an A road, but ease of access to it and Stratford compensated. We had the choice of using the CL pitches or the 'barn', choosing the CL.
