We're naturally mortified that you experienced this and, whilst the harm has already been done, can only apologise.
We did indeed have weekend guests staying in our self-catering accommodation that turned out to be engaged in local deer control. What they subsequently got up to in our car park in the early hours was sadly without our knowledge or consent and - whilst an inevitable part of handling game carcasses - was completely inconsiderate in their choice of location and timing.
We're grateful for you bringing this to our attention, but can often only be reactive to events such as this. We'll keep a good look-out for future guests that may be staying here for similar reasons and pre-emptively discuss with them how they can minimise potential disturbance and carry out what they need to do in a more sensitive way. Sadly, that's about as far as our control over other guests' behaviour can reasonably go.
