Little haven

Have stayed here several times, meeting friends at different times of the year. We spent new year's eve here this year too. Looks great even with a hard frost ! Have always found the site immaculately presented and kept, it often resembles a bowling green ! Handy to have a gents and ladies loo and washing machine on site. The owners are always relaxed, friendly and welcoming, and have helped out with little 'van emergencies'. Nice to have the hens coming to see you for titbits. Peaceful and tranquil site, well placed for visiting the area and beyond. Highly recommended, will return without hesitation.

Our best find

Having found this site by accident over12 years ago it has been the best accident ever! Over the years we have spent many days and nights on this beautiful site. It is a friendly site where many people visit year after year some have been coming for over 30 years, This in itself speak for the friendly and helpful owners who work very hard to keep the site in perfect condition and help you in anyway they can. The pitches are extremely well spaced and it is a pleasure to awaken to the sound of bird song in the mornings. We hope to spend many more days and nights for many years to come at this great find in East Devon.

Happy Days.

Having spent many happy days/nights at Millands Farm over the last 5years as guests of Tina and Robert ,myself my wife and our two dogs can best describe this Cl as perfect. The location is great, the facilities are better than on most cls. The site is flat and space between vans is exceptional. Whilst we are all different and as such have our own views I would suggest most reasonable people would leave this site at the end of their stay vowing to return soon.

Veteran visitors

We have been coming to Millands Farm for over 23 years. It was £2 a night then - with discount for a weeks stay. The owners have made fantastic improvements, with the provision of water and electricity for each of the large, level and well maintained pitches. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and a warm welcome always awaits. I`m sure of the hundreds of visitors over the years, there aren't many who did not enjoy a wonderful holiday, that`s why they keep coming back.

Our home from home

This is a beautiful, level site with good facilities. We have been going regularly for the last 3 years, the owners are lovely and nothing is too much trouble, even putting us up in their holiday let when our caravan failed us! Fantastic location and good local amenities and on the doorstep of some of Devon and Dorsets best attractions. Will keep returning!

Lovely site, shame about 12 vans

Beautiful site, with lovely facilities. Just a shame that when we turned up, having booked for 2 vans months ago, we found our spot, but not that for our friends. When we asked the lady, we were told that she did not realise we wanted the pitches together!!! She had put our friends into the 'Royal enclosure', a hedged off area separate from the main site. There was space next to our pitch, and we suggested that spot would suit. No, we were told, a disabled couple were coming in a few days, having asked for a spot close to the toilets. Lo and behold, 2 more vans turned up a few days later, went into the one spot, corralled themselves together.  The EHU for the 2nd van was brought from the barn. On talking to one of those couples (neither disabled btw), they mentioned that they had been coming to the site for 20+ years, and the owner always put them in that spot.   Finally, whilst it is a big site, at one point there were 12 vans, never less than 9 whilst we were there....11 days.

Real good value for money

A lovely managed site. Friendly owners who keep the toilets ship-shape and the grass nice and short with the fabulous addition of a washing machine and dryer(small charge). Fresh eggs, tomatoes and potatoes also on sale. (The hens, ducks and geese are an added attraction, especially the goslings!). There is a water point at each pitch is a real bonus (you have to pay extra on a club site for such facilities!). Will certainly return if in this area again. Best value site we have visited.

A great week's holiday!

A lovely site in a beautiful location, close to the coast - a visit to Lyme Regis, Branscombe and Beer is a must. Kilmington is a beautiful village with lots of fantastic walks and Musbury itself is pretty. The pitches are huge and the ones in the adjoining field are lovely and private. The toilets are spotless and we even stroked the resident barn owl, which was a fabulous experience. Mr and Mrs Harris are very welcoming hosts, which is why many people return. We will too!

Excellent Site

Top class site. Spotless toilet and laundry facilities. Shame we could only stay for the weekend.
