A new CL, still a bit rough around the edges, and in need of a tidy up. Very interesting Creekside location and good size pitches. You hear a droning sound from the nearby main road connecting the island, not too much of a problem, except the noisy motorcyclist in the early hours and the sirens from all of the emergency services vehicles going on and off the island. We suffered from a club member who let her granddaughter and friends stay in her van for 3 days. This group were probably not Club members did not keep their dog under control despite repeated requests from site users and nearby residents and did not clear up after it. They also invited their friends round in the evenings, talking and laughing loudly outside the van, getting louder and courser as the evenings proceeded, until late, after 1.00 am on one occasion, in the evening. The owner is not resident so is not able to control incidents like this. So not a peaceful stay.
