Most interesting CL with bird watching, dog walking and fishing potential.
The site photos do not show that it has a 40 metre quay which is alongside the creek which floods twice a day to a depth of about 1 metre depending on whether the tides are springs or neaps. While we were there we sat in our caravan (in the rain!) and saw egrets, black headed gulls, swans and cormorants all feeding in the creek. We also heard woodpeckers and tawny owls.
The site has only just opened, and the owners Ann and Russell are working hard to finish all the detail, and when completed this site will be a favourite for lengthy stays in the summer months.
