Perfect winter weekend

location location location as they say, views across wells harbour  out to the Holkham beach and estuary. a basic CL set behind a working farm and stables this is what i think a CL is all about, electricity, water and some toilet facilities, then throw in a friendly sheep and goat and it becomes perfect. within easy walking distance of all the things you would want to do around Wells nxt to sea, beach, harbour, chip shop and pub my highlight watching a rain storm come in off the sea, work its way up the estuary towards us then oh my that gorgeous rattling on my plastic roof happy happy happy

Happy New Year 2016

What a gem! Fantastic views and a very pleasant walk to the beach and nature reserve. We couldn't wish for a better start to 2016. Cant wait to go back!

Beautiful Views

Stayed here again this summer and we loved it except for...... Everyone who stays here is there for the view but regrettably Des has added an extra electric bollard right in front of the other older bollards.  We had numerous people come in and they tried to set up right in front of existing caravaners, blocking our view and it upset all the people there.  This spoilt the holiday as we were constantly directing people to the correct bollard or directing campers to a different field

A little bit of heaven

A beautiful site in lovely surroundings with sea views, and a sheep called Larry who visited every day. We have just spent 9 days here and have booked to come again. Des was welcoming without being intrusive. This site is very popular and is already booked up to the end of October, Need to book early.

Great location

Stayed in November site was just getting wet.Was only van on site(heaven) but you will find this site difficult to book after May as very popular.Walking distance to town and longer walk to beach.Toilet and shower area could do with a clean but these facilities always a bonus. This site is in such a good area lots to see and do.Will definately go again.
