What a lovely spot. We wish we had stopped for at least another night.
We chose the CL for a two night stay in order to visit the Fleet Air Arm museum which proved to be an easy five mile cycle ride on back roads away. The site suggests that access may be tight, but although care is needed for the last half a mile or so, we had no problems getting in with our A class motorhome. Indeed the owner did offer to help us access and exit the site if we had concerns.
We were greeted on arrival and given a lot of information about the local area and things to do. The site itself was lovely, quiet with plenty of room and level pitches. It was clear that the owners had taken care to add some nice little touches like an outdoor table and chairs for each pitch.
Good value with electric and WiFi included.
We will certainly be back when we are in the area.
