not so relaxing
We stayed at this site on 13 to 20 Oct staying on pitch 5. I am sorry to say but we did not find this site quiet and peaceful at all. The site is adjacent to the A519 a very busy and noisy road with heavy lorries on route to M6 at all hours impossible not to have radio on as distraction.
The driveway in front of caravans is also access to café and fisheries so you have traffic up and down all day 90% of which ignores the 15 mph speed limit but the worse thing being the road is hardcore so you are covered in a layer of dust with every passing vehicle
