This site was as expected. A working farm with pigs, dogs, sheep , horses and chickens. EHU, toilet waste , water and recycling hut with black bin. Grass field next to a stunning looking village. A public foot path runs alongside the site for easy access walks. Masham is a few miles away with the Theakston Brewery located there. I am not a drinker myself but it seemed popular and once our friends at home heard , ale orders began to be emailed to us. A small market is on on Wednesday and Saturday. Lots of tea shops, butcher and coop. Ripon is an easy drive away, this is the best way to approach the site, from the A1(M). places we visited Brimham Rocks NT Aysgarth falls. £3.50 car park Grassington. All creatures great and small film here. The Grassington road is a really good scenic road to travel . Malham Cove is on this route. Pateley Bridge Skipton Castle £9.50 adults and £4.50 car park Skipton also has a good selection of shops and a canal boat ride attraction. Laura gave very good email instructions to the site and it was an easy journey to follow.
