We spent a week here in early July. The site is lovely, it is clean, the welcome genuine and the facilities are superb. Jill the owner, works hard at ensuring everything is just right for all at the site. Not only is it a CL, but there are also cottages for rent. The cottage renters are allowed to have children, but the CL is for adults only. It seems to work well with no overlap between the two. It was nice to be able to go for a swim (for a change) and each time we went, the pool was empty....very nice. The only downside was the weather, which was appalling, but it is not so unusual to us Brits. Whilst we were there, 3 owlets fledged from the on site owl house. It was great to see them flying about. All in all, we would recommend this site to anyone, ok, £18.00 a night may seem expensive, but you only get what you pay for, and this site is worth the cost.
