Fabulous!

We have recently returned from a 7 night stay at Little Tree Meadow and have to agree with everything the previous member review said. The site is immaculate (as are the surrounding areas of the property) and the water and waste facilities are kept clean with sanitiser available at the waste tap. Vicki and Mark are very welcoming hosts and work hard to keep their CL as near to perfect as possible and they are very open to any ideas to improve it even further. The pitches are all on well kept grass with EHU and are spacious. We loved the friendliness of the owners and fellow guests, the pretty and peaceful surroundings and the friendly hens and cockerel that wandered round to say hello occasionally. Situated right out in the countryside with plenty of footpaths to walk and close to North Walsham and within easy reach of many places to visit in Norfolk. Some of the surrounding roads are quite narrow so when towing it is advisable to follow Vicki’s directions and not those of the sat nav. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Tree Meadow and will certainly return.

Superb CL

An immaculate lawned CL with the most welcoming of owners. A new venture for Vicki and Mark and we were their very first campers, so received a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk and biscuits plus a bottle of fizz! Fresh eggs from their chickens were delivered in the morning at no charge, but a donation to the Air Ambulance if we wished. What a great welcome! The site itself is beautifully cared for. Facilities are clearly marked and easily accessible. A hut for information and provisions is planned. The site borders attractive woodland on one side and farmland on another and is set in the grounds of their house where free range chickens wander. A good location for both the coast and the Broads with footpaths and the Weavers Way within walking distance of the site. We had a great stay and shall certainly return!
