This is a lovely site, where we were given a warm welcome by the owner who quickly told us where all the facilities could be found. The site is mown with huge pitches divided by areas of rough grass which define the boundaries without appearing restrictive. The views are to die for- although for much of our stay they were shrouded in sea mist! There is some noise from the adjacent road but well baffled by the trees which also provide a very effective windbreak- the gale force winds during our stay made the trees sway alarmingly but we didn't feel a thing. There is a very good pub just up the road and easy access to all the local attractions. You do come upon the entrance a bit suddenly - an earlier sign would be welcome- and long outfits need to take care with a wide sweep but it is well worth it. We would definitely go back.
