We received a warm welcome. Terraced level pitches with lovely panorama of the Fens.
Each site has EHU. Water and grey waste.
Friendly owners.
Good for trips to Cambridge. Ely and the Fens.
Would recommend.
First Class Cl
We stayed here over the Easter break for the first time
The pitches are terraced on well drained turf, with a gravel track leading to them. Each pitch has its own water and waste, with bins and toilet waste close by.
Access to the site is secured by electric gates so security is excellent
The site is very well kept, with beautiful views over the fens.
We loved it here, and will most definitely return, the owners Marie and Bill have created a really great CL, one of the best I have stayed at.
Well done Marie and Bill!
Linden House is such a credit to Marie and Bill, the owners. You access the site through an electric gate with a key coded access and then the pitches are arranged over three terraces with lovely views. There are several footpaths to walk the dog on nearby, we had a lovely meal at The Three Kings and lunch at The Cherry Tree. We also visited Ely for the day. For us Linden House gets our award for best toilet emptying facilities and best bins! So nice to stay somewhere where the owners go the extra mile!
A Perfect C/L!

Quiet Site With Wonderful Views
Booked this site as a stopover and what a good choice it was.
We had pitch 3 and I would say all pitches are equally as good for view, size and layout and all are seperated by bushes so you know where your boundaries are. Pitches are flat and water pressure from all pitches is good.
At the bottom of the site is a fenced area for dogs to run- and it is lovely with trees and a picnic bench outside for you to watch as they play.
The site is easy to find and access and Marie was so friendly and helpful when we arrived directing us to walks and places to eat and Bill waved as he was busy with their caravan!
The Three Kings is a 1 minute car ride, perhaps 7-8 minute walk and the food is lovely- and they accept dogs,
If you are looking for a quiet stay with stunning views across the landscape and with lovely hosts, then we would recommend this site.
Well laid out site within walking distance of village pubs
This is a well laid out dog-friendly site with far reaching views over countryside. We have just enjoyed 3 nights with friends here. The owner will arrange adjoining pitches where practicable. Fenced dog exercise area. The owners are very friendly and obviously appreciate it when you choose to use their site. For those that are into the hobby of ham radio, the owner is happy for a modest aerial to be erected for /p operation COTA ( Caravans on the air) Indeed, if you walk about the local estate you will see that there are two QTH’s where there are extensive aerial arrays set up in rear gardens(one adjacent to the water tower). There are some nice villages nearby and we enjoyed morning coffee on Saturday at the church located at Wilburton. Thanks for allowing us to use your site👍.
Pity about the water tower
Just had 3 nights at linden house and was a bit disappointed. The pre arrival email was excellent with gate code and info. There is an excellent coded security gate at the entrance and a warm welcome from the owner. A slopping cinder track leads down to the pitch area were there are 5 fairly level great sized serviced pitches, strangely some of the pitches waste water sinks are positioned in odd places, one is under your caravan, another appears to be in the adjacent pitch. Pitch 3 is very close to the bins and toilet emptying point with vent, but this area is clean and tidy. The view from your pitch is rural one way but the other way you can see a large water tower and telecommunications tower, unfortunately the owners can’t do much about them, but the site is peaceful. It does look like the owners are trying to improve the site with newly planted hedging shrubs, lighting and a new bin area. At £20 a night well worth a visit.
Peaceful
We've just returned from a very relaxing three night stay at Linden House. The site is spacious and very well kept. It was lovely to be able to walk to the Three Kings pub or The Cherry Tree cafe for our meals - all very good. The village also has a Spar and a butcher, very useful. Marie and Bill are great hosts on site. Definitely recommend!
Just how a CL should be!
Spacious pitches with lovely views, site is well kept, clean and tidy. Friendly hosts, quirky caravan information room and very dog friendly although we don’t have a dog but would have gladly adopted their gorgeous springer spaniel ! Well positioned for a visit to Ely, which we thoroughly enjoyed, especially with free parking close to the cathedral! Definitely recommend this site.
What a Gem
Recently returned from a wonderful ten night stay at Linden House, the best CL we’ve ever stayed at. From the securely gated easily accessed entrance you enter a beautifully laid out area of large sized pitches with their own water, electric and waste. Dog walk area is adequate for early morning/late night visits. The views are stunning with benches placed to make the most of them. Nancy, the 1958 caravan, is packed with local info to make the most of your stay. To top it all off you will meet the lovely Marie and Bill who are the most friendly couple and, of course, their fabulous dogs, chickens and ducks. We will certainly be back.
