With local train station through a coded pedestrian gate, this is perfect for attending shows at NEC, or visiting Birmingham etc. site is picturesque against the fishing lakes. Even though railway runs alongside, it didn’t disturb our sleep. The HS2 work is currently near the site, but again, no noise at night. Access is down a long non surfaced road, so can be a bit bumpy. Ramps required on pitch. Make sure you approach via Balsall Common and take road across restricted width bridge. Our Sat nav sent us another way and we ended up doing a quick turn round to avoid a low bridge. Friendly reception and welcome. Would use again.
