Great Little Campsite

Located on the Canal with secure lockable access. Very helpful staff & modern clean facilities. Walks either way along towpath & several pubs close by

Friendly marina and great services

The boaters and folks running the site are lovely and friendly. White water and ehu per pitch, with grey run off. Black is nearby. Lovely facilities too including washing machines and dryer. Enjoy walks and bike rides by the canal. Find the bakery and butcher shops in Hockley Heath - fabulous food.

Short Break at Lady Lane Wharf

Ian the warden is very friendly and helpful. Easy booking in and replied very promptly to my e-mail questions. Arrival was easy although bit tricky arriving in a large vehicle, due to a local road closure the lane was very busy. Have to wait for Ian to come and open the gates Pitches are nice but hardstanding is too narrow, we backed in to give us a nice view but with a continental door it did not give us much room to step out then when a caravan arrived next to us and put their awning out it was very close. Due to the rain we didn't sit out much but only place really was at the back of the pitch unless we used the grass which would be ok in dry weather Facilities were kept clean but sanitizer only available at reception but no where else. No mention of track and trace when we checked in? Only four units on the CL but the wharf was very busy with boats who have access to the facilities so it felt very busy for us at the moment with the COVID worries. Nice walks along the canal path in both directions Like the security of the key access but would be better if it was a scan system not a key system as at the moment that does not feel safe with so many people having to touch the gates. Seem to be no restrictions on visitors to the site which normally would not be a problem but with the COVID pandemic we did not feel comfortable with this. Shame as could be a first class site, think it has suffered by not being designed by people that have experience of motorhome/caravan needs

Perfect......

Stayed for a week at this hidden gem, Ian was so friendly and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely site on the canal, very secure as well, enjoyed watching the barges moving up and down and everyone was so friendly. Ehu and water on the pitch and facilities spot on and extremely clean. Thank you for a perfect stay, will be back very soon...... Paul and Sharon Stubbs.

Motor home pitch at Lady Lane Wharf

We have just returned from a two day stay here. We were very impressed with the facilities, all lovely and clean, COVID safe. The manager Ian made us very welcome and was so helpful with everything we asked for. Unfortunately one of the roads was closed so it did make it noisy which In normal circumstances would not happen. It’s a lovely place next to the canal and everyone is so friendly here. Five hard standing pitches next to the car park. Thank you for a great two nights stay.

A lovely hidden gem

Stayed this weekend on the 5 pitch caravan park, Ian the manager couldn't gave been more polite and helpful, the site is immaculate and ideal for leisurely walks along the canal or just relaxing by you van watching the barges go by. The site is very secure and set in open countryside beside the canal, very relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Will be going back.

Lovely peaceful and tranquil site.

Lovely peaceful and tranquol site right on the edge of the North Stratford canal and just a walk down the tow path to Earlswood Lakes. Warden and owner were very welcoming and friendly. Was initially a stop-gap stay until we moved onto York, but due to the pandemic lockdown extension this was put on hold. We extended our stay at Lady Lane for an extra few days and the owner and Warden couldn't have been more supportive or accommodating. Will definitely be returning as soon as we are able to.
