Don't be put off by the lack of pictures

It's always with trepidation when you find a site with no pictures. Is there something nasty? Certainly not here! A lovely little site with narrow hard standings so it's easy to pitch an awning next to the van. Pitches fairly well spaced and as its on a slope, you don't look directly into next door. Taps shared between 2 pitches so direct hoses possible. Electric is now metered at 40p per kWh, with the nightly fee at £10, so a good price. Use the directions quoted so you can use the pull in off the narrow lane. Coming from the opposite direction, the approach is very acute - you can't get a solo car in without a shunt. The Honey Bee (chain) pub is 20 minutes walk away...down a narrow, unlit lane with no footpath. Pretty good food and, according to my daughter, good Veggie food too if you're into that. There are a couple of footpaths from the site for the dog fraternity. Last but not least. The sunsets over the hills in the distance are spectacular!
