Keepers cottage
What a lovely site
Loved this site
Great wee quiet site Ideally situated for Blackpool and St Annes
Pleasant, convenient site
Access fairly easy off Division Lane, but swing over to right hand side of lane before turning into site on left. Good size hardstanding for caravan and awning. Grass between pitches. Car has to be parked at front of van if you have a caravan and awning and it can then be awkward reversing to get out of the site. On recent stay there was noise from the cottage at the entrance to the site being renovated. Pleasant outlook from caravans on to lawned area, then the owner's garden. Easy to walk up Division Lane for dog walks. There appear to be a couple of seasonal pitches in addition to the five on the CL as there were seven caravans on site. Two bathrooms, each with toilet and shower, although one shower was broken. Not the tidiest bathrooms, but kept very clean and well supplied with soap, toilet roll and paper towels. Easy access from site by car to St. Anne's, Lytham and Blackpool. The lawned area is great for children's games and the surrounding lamps light up at night, which is lovely. As with any site, we would prefer it if parents didn't let their children play with hard footballs close to caravans and cars, but this only happened a couple of times during our visit. Owners are friendly and live on site, but will leave you to enjoy your holiday! Yes, we will go back as it is a pleasant, convenient site.
