This was our 3rd (or was it our 4th, I think I've lost count!) stay at this CL and once again, a fantastic and highly enjoyable stay and we just can't wait to return. Mrs Bray always makes us so welcome and it was nice to meet James this time as well. We love to hike and using this as a base means you can access some of the best walking in the South of England, on well kept up paths that take you through hills, forests and some amazing views - particularly along the South Downs Way. Remember this is a working farm and so if you come in late summer, it's all about getting the harvest in and getting the grain dry. Great pubs within walking distance (by that I mean within 2 miles for the furthest one) and if you have a car you can access great little towns and NT houses too.
