Wish I'd have found this site years ago! All pitches are in effect, serviced as they have their own tap and grey water is discharged into the hedge bottom, (as long as you have a long enough waste pipe,) the owners are exceptional, the views are stunning, the grass cut to perfection and the price more than reasonable.. if you want to stay on Yorkshires East coast you can't go far wrong with this place..
Its been a long time since I have been as pleasantly surprised as I have been with this CL.
