We have recently become both proud parents and the proud owners of a campervan and we chose Heatherbield for our first trip out with both van and 7 month old baby... we could not have picked a better site. We were only staying for a night as this was a 'fact-finding' mission and when I called to book Sylvia told me that we were able to check-out late on the Sunday as they weren't fully booked that night. When we arrived, our name was on the blackboard telling us to pitch wherever and Sylvia and Andy soon came to find us armed with tea and cupcakes which was a lovely, a greatly appreciated, touch.  Andy also, very kindly, lent us a hook-up cable as we hadn't got round to buying one before our trip. The toilet and shower were great... very clean and like a 'home from home'.  Had we been staying longer we could easily have bathed our son (we would have needed to take a baby bath). The WiFi connection was very fast and easy to log onto. We would certainly return to this site if we were looking to have a longer holiday near Cambridge/Ely. Thank you!
