Ease of arrival/welcome

Wish we could have stayed longer at this lovely peaceful site!

Stayed here for two nights over the May Bank Holiday but wished it was longer! Terry & Sue are wonderfully hospitable and welcoming. The facilities are all neatly located together and the toilet/shower room kept clean. The site is beautifully kept with the EHU discretely hidden in manicured shrubs. There is a huge dog walking field adjacent to the field as well as stunning, long coastal walks down to Swan Lake Bay & Manorbier right from the site (albeit you have to walk a short distance on the main road to access the coastal paths from in the village...would be ideal if the council trimmed the very long grass on the verge to make it a safer walk as it was a little hairy in places when some cars sped past!) Aswell as grass pitches there are two hard standings which are well maintained. There is the 349 bus to Tenby which goes once an hour (until about teatime) right outside the gate which costs (at the time of writing £4.30 it was single). We had a lovely day out in Tenby and a taxi back cost just over £20. This is a really lovely site, with smashing countryside views and is really well placed to explore beautiful Pembrokeshire. (5 miles in either direction to either Tenby or Pembroke). Would definitely stay again!
