Dear McGuire3, Site information clearly states one shower and one toliet. Many CL's do no provide toilet facilities. During your stay Mrs Williams was in hospital having suffered a fractured hip and femur. Toilet facilities are cleaned on a daily basis. It is a shame that you did not voice your concerns during your stay, thus giving the site owners an opportunity to rectify any issues. I would suggest in future you stay at larger club sites with more facilities. Heath Cottage have many contented repeat customers that return year after year and comment on what a beautiful, well kept site it is.
