And Relax!!!

What a wonderful peaceful and relaxing site with amazing views. We stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic time at Haye Farm. The sat nav brought us straight to the freshly cut CL field and we pitched in the perfect spot to view the surrounding greenery and lakes. We had a few hours fishing on the nearby lakes and caught great sized carp all day. The walk to Bewdley took less than 20 minutes and there are plenty shops restaurants and pubs to explore. One venue had fantastic live music out by the riverside. We managed to get decent phone and tv reception back at the site and the immaculately kept toilet facilities and waste disposal facilities were a pleasure to use. So pleased to have found this gem of a site which we will be returning to very soon

A Bewdley Gem!

What a beautiful site! Tranquil, relaxing, undulating hillsides, walks to Bewdley (Uphill all way back though!) Taxi's are available! All within reach of local attractions, Brewery's, Safari Park, River Seven and in the heart of Worcestershire! Do not except, electric hook-ups, manicured grass, flat spotless heated toilets and showers or children's play areas! This is a working farm! There is a single access road on the way in, the field is small and does slope, available is a small toilet, mains water and an Elsan point. There is a small fishing lake and Stuart rents out a barn for those who need a roof. We love walking into Bewdley to pop out shopping, brilliant charity shops, small supermarkets, local butchers and a superb little veg shop! A quick pint in Bewdley Brewery for the meander up hill back to site (ask Stuart where the pathway is?) Then a sit out, whilst the food is cooking to watch the sunset and listen to the evening chorus of bird song, what more could you ask for for £12! We come every year! Long may these small sites exist! Becky & Shelley Taylor

A little gem of a site.

We have kept returning to this site and every time that we do we feel like we're arriving back home. It is so peaceful and beautiful overlooking a fishing lake with woodland and meadows surrounding it. The chickens come visiting daily and there are sheep and cows in the adjoining meadows. It is utterly peaceful and delightful. The host, Stuart, is helpful and leaves you to enjoy the tranquility and peace. You will need levelling blocks but if you choose your pitch carefully it is not a great problem. The local town of Bewdley is charming and steeped in history and is a 20 min brisk walk from the site. There are on site toilets and water taps and chemical waste and the surrounding area offers many places of interest with national trust sites and wildlife reserves abounding. We cannot recommend the site more highly and neither can the many regulars who keep returning.

Long grass on a very sloping camping area

We struggled with this CL site, issues to park on the long damp grass, had to find the most flattest area, even with chocks we weren't level, no tv reception, no phone signal, no one even came to see us. Unfortunately not a good stay for us.

Peaceful gem of a site

Stayed here 2 nights in June. We were blessed with beautiful weather. The site is off the beaten track, but only 25 minute walk into Bewdley and it's pubs, Brewery and supermarkets. (taxi back £6.00 including tip). Friends with a car stayed 1st night in town, 2nd with us in our motor home so we visited Arley Arboretum on the Saturday - we'll worth the entrance fee. 2 toilets were very handy! Lovely town, peaceful site with very inquisitive hens!!! Highly recommended.

Off grid and peaceful

Used to use this CL along time ago probably 15 years ago.. and the site hasn’t changed one bit.. it’s quiet and secluded and as other reviews say it’s a working farm so expect it to be a little rough around the edges... Off grid but with a decent battery and solar panel no probs what so ever.. The Farmers Dog is a little hot under the collar although it’s his territory if he wonders into the CL to sniff a visiting dog I would hope he would refrain from snapping at the visiting dog. For £7 a night you can’t fault it ... my only grip would be if the owner cuts the grass then collect it up off the site there are plenty of other areas to dispose of it, albeit no problem to us the lawn rake kept in the front locker did just the job TV reception good Mobile signal good 4g ok Water and disposal all good A proper off grid CL

top site

Great site & one of the best value sites with great facilities & helpful owner, but leaves you in peace to enjoy your stay. Shouldn't really as might be full next time we want to book ( & that's a definite).... But got to say 100% recommend ☺

Quorolls

Love this site, which must be one of the best value ones available. When we visited in the Spring there were lambs just a couple of metres from our van. This is a real working farm which makes it all the more attractive. The toilets are always clean. It's a great area as well.
