Great new CL

Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to a family bereavement so only stayed 3 nights instead of a week, but Adam really helpful and understanding. This CL offers what you need in practical terms: good separate men's and women's toilets, and also separate showers, taps on each pitch really useful, entry and pitches all level and gravelled, gated entry offers security. Really happy with it and would highly recommend, will definitely go back another time.

Great CL site

The reviews for this site over the last two weeks have covered so much of what needs to be said. But, at the risk of repeating the rave reviews, we really want to pass on our thoughts and congratulations. Adam and Kylie are terrific hosts with a great welcome and genuine concern shown to make sure your stay is great. For a brand new site, everything is extremely well presented and beautifully done. The site is spacious and the addition of a picnic table for each pitch is a brilliant idea. Its location is excellent for a 20 minute river walk to Grantham one way and 20 minutes from a National Trust property the other. Two minutes walk to bus stops too. All in all THE best CL site you could ever hope to find. Well done and we’ll be back - frequently 👍

Fantastic new CL site - immaculate

We have stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t have been more welcomed by Adam and his uncle. They showed us the pristine toilet and shower block. All amenities are new and clean and small touches such as scented blocks in the toilets really was welcomed. Easy payment for electric. Dog run, lovely walk down by the river. Big paddock for families and even have own picnic benches per pitch. Electric gate so very secure and even the bin area is clean and tidy! Grantham is easy access and we found a nice pub in an adjacent village - The Stag. Well worth a visit. We will defo return. It deserves to do well and such a lot of thought had been put into it. Thanks, Helen & Adrian

Perfect CL

This is a new CL which has been open only a few weeks. There has been a lot of thought put into the CL and it is one of the best we have visited, and we have stayed at a few over the years! We were only able to stay the one night this time but predict we will be back many times. Very secure, entry via electronic gate, 5 marked, very level gravel hardstanding pitches all with EHU and water. Well spaced out and facing South so will catch the sun all day long in summer. Across from the pitch you are each provided with a picnic table with benches and there is a designated dog area. We had a warm welcome from Adam both when I called him and when he introduced himself after we had arrived. This CL is ideally situated, in the country but only a 20 minute or so walk into the town of Grantham. There are several ways to walk in, via road or park and the town has many shops and all major supermarkets are present. Therefore the situation is ideal for motorhomers who wish to leave their van and explore the area. As well as a bus station in the town there is also a station which is on a main line, plenty to explore both locally and more far afield. There are both ladies and gents toilet and shower facilities both of which were spotless and spacious. We really enjoyed our short stay but a real find.

Very welcoming

Whilst staying in the area we contacted Adam to view this new CL for possible future stays and were made very welcome. Wow. A lot of thought and hard work have gone into making this new CL one for future bookings. Large pitches, ladies and gents separate toilet and showers, electronic security gate, children's play area ,dog walk and info room. Definitely one for the future.
