Very well looked after, quaint and tidy with nicely clipped waist high hedges that enable you to take in the view of the nearby fields and woodland.
Very friendly owner. Extremely peaceful. The right sort of distance for a leisurely bike ride into Woodhall Spa on flat quiet roads.
