A welcome stay
We stayed on Tom and Sues site and what a lovely few days we had. The field is spacious and has everything you need even a seating area under the trees. Unfortunately we didnt get to meet Sue but Tom was there on hand if we needed anything. Our new Motorhome is about 7.5mtrs long so parking can cause us a problem but here you can walk into Needham Market where they have a lovely butchers and bakers that can highly recommend also the railway station is in walking distance. To the left of the station is the cattle tunnel which takes you to Needham Lake also at the lake on a Wednesday and Saturday they have a car boot sale. We didnt need to move thr Motorhome at all. What a fantastic find.
AMAZING Stay!
We weren't sure what to expect for £10.00 a night but WOW what a great place to stay and visit! The field is just so huge and you can literally park up anywhere. Just so much space which is rare these days. I arrived in our motorhome and my husband followed from work in his van. We were initially booked in for 2 nights but end up staying 6. Husband went back to work and myself and our dog stayed. Tom & Sue came and introduced themselves and could not have been more friendly and helpful. We walked into Needham which only took 10 to 15 minutes and enjoyed lunch in one of the pubs. Needham is a lovely place to visit and has everything you need, including a big lake to walk you dog. The field has no electric but ideal for the likes of us who have solar panels etc. There is water available and a section to empty your toilet waste. There is also a fishing lake. There were a few people who turned up to do night fishing but they were quiet and as the field is so big, you don't hear a sound. For £10 a night you really cannot go wrong. We had a great stay and will definitely be back to stay again soon and definitely recommend this place!
Peaceful
Lovely peaceful site, By a fishing lake which is fenced in for safety, Fishing does cost extra,
Local village 15 minute walk, lots of pubs most do food , Very hot when we were here So lovely walking in the woods, where it is cool.
Tom the owner It's lovely, with lots of information about the local area Cannot see any minuses with this sit
Wow! What a find!!
Wow! What a find for the Bank Holiday weekend when everyone else was full-up. Parked up besides the trees in full sunshine after being told to park anywhere. Loads of room for us and both our dogs with great views overlooking the fishing pond and the fields. An easy walk takes you into Needham Market with a nice range of shops and four pubs to choose from. Needham Lake is nearby too and well worth a visit with good coffee and cake to be had at at the cafe. A thoroughly enjoyable stay with a very friendly host Tom, who amkes a good cup of coffee too. We’ll be back!

Spoilt For Space
A new CL on the network. We stayed four nights in this huge mown grass field on the outskirts of Needham Market, set adjacent to farmland and the Gipping valley. The usual amenities plus a few extra touches by the owners. There is also a fenced and gated fishing lake on site.
Access from the B1113 is easy and it is about a mile walk to the historic town, pubs, shops, etc. A very good location and dog friendly.
No mains hook up but with a solar panel you don't need mains anyway, even for a week or two. TV reception good but we preferred to walk the dog and look for the Barn Owl nearby; Delightful!
