We have just had 2 nights here at this lovely country pub.The site is to the side of this great pub,and we can recommend eating there. It's wholesome home cooked food, dog friendly ,and a popular local pub.
The c.l is mainly flat we did use one ramp, water and electric hook up are on each pitch, and there is waste and elson point .You are surrounded by rolling fields and views. The owners Chris and Debbie are most welcoming and someone is always around to answer any queries.
We had a lovely couple of days, and would definitely return agian
As peaceful as it gets
A joy to come here to escape the coastal madness that is August in Cornwall. The owners are friendly, the pub has good beer and tasty pub grub. Decent pub garden too.
The site has a gentle slope sufficent to require levelling ramps, even on the one hard-standing, Being in an elevated position, the views across country are special, especially if the sun shines, which it did for my first day, less so on the second and not at all on the wet third day. But that's summer.
Perfect CL
We stayed at the Frog and Bucket CL site for six nights and can only say that it was perfect and just what a CL site should be. clean and tidy, easy access, friendly owners along with outstanding views. We had the place all to ourselves for the entire stay which was marvellous but think that as soon as its listed in the Caravan Club handbook it will be extremely popular. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place to break a long trip
10 minutes from the dual carriageway at Launceston. We decided that rather than a long drive and all the potential traffic, we'd break the journey here. Glad we did
Its a new site and on arrival, the owner greeted us personally. Nice touch. The site is beside a pub, some of the facilities are shared. No showers and outside of the pubs opening hours, no toilets. Waste water and toilet waste facilities, plus fresh water and EHU available all the time.
The pub itself is very much a locals pub, but in only a good way. The beer and cider is excellent and the food smelt delicious. With hindsight, we should have ate here rather than bringing our own.
Very peaceful site with stunning views over the Cornish countryside. The bells of the the local church ringing the hour only added to the charm. The CAMC photo really does not do the place justice.
No hesitation to stay here again or recommend a friend
