Arrived at the site and it looked lovely but after being there for a bit, It’s a very small site. Luckily there was only us and another couple there but still felt very enclosed, unsure how people would get on and off if they had a back pitch and it was full. It’s very expensive for what it is, no amenities on site e.g. toilet or shower block (I know not advertised). Only one water pump for the whole site, again wasn’t too bad as there was only 2 of us on the site at the time but I expect it could get busy if it was full. Through no fault of the owner, where our pitch was everyone walked right in front of our caravan window which we felt affected our privacy a bit. When you arrive there’s extra charges which we weren’t aware of and came as a bit of a surprise, charged us for our siblings coming for tea and charged us £4 but there was only one car that joined us for about an hour and a half. Also paid for WiFi that didn’t work until late on the last night. We also didn’t receive a confirmation email when we booked. Again no fault of the owner, but the campsite across the road on the hill was very noisy with shouting and singing.
