We arrived at Enford Bottom in the early afternoon and introduced ourselves to Trevor and Sue in their well stocked farm shop. Trevor then checked the field and decided that it was too wet to get on with a non 4x4. We disconnected our van and Trevor hooked up his Discovery and put us on the pitch of our choice. The CL had had a great deal of rain in the past weeks and had it not been for Trevor and his 4x4 we would never have got on to our pitch. Blandford Forum was only a short distance from the site and had all the amenities required (Tesco, Lidl etc.). Other destinations were easily within distance, Weymouth, Dorchester, Bridport to name but a few. The weather improved so we stayed for an extra two days with no problem. The site was just what we needed and Trevor and Sue could not have been more accomodating. We will definitely visit again as the CL is only about 50 miles from us. Thanks T and S.
