This beautifully located, peaceful gem of a site is just a couple of miles from the beautiful Rhossili Beach and has lovely views over rolling countryside. We have our own facilities so only need the basics of fresh water, electric hook up and disposal point which are all available. Very generous pitches means you certainly won’t feel crowded here as the easy access, level field is large enough to offer that very important benefit of space. The field is nicely manicured, good for dog walking, and when we were there also had a beautiful central area packed full of colourful buttercups. Rhossili has recently been voted the best beach in the UK, the third best in Europe and the tenth in the world but the beaches in all parts of the Gower are beautiful as are the lovely coastal walks. Another favourite beach of ours, Oxwich Bay is also close and, after a walk out to Three Cliffs Bay, I can thoroughly recommend trying a meal at the Oxwich Bay Hotel which is right next to the beach. The owners are friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be returning to this site as it is now one of our favourites.
