Would I visit this site again? -YES!

Would I visit this site again? YES. and I intend to do so next year. It is a very well kept site, very quiet with lovely views of Lindisfarne and close to Bamburgh Castle. No hassle from the owner, in fact we never saw him. Paid for our stay over the internet or could have left the pitch fees in a honesty box on site. How many places are left in the UK were you could do that? One slight word of advice - If you intend to pitch an awning, place your caravan on the hardstanding almost at the edge on the grass. We failed to do this and found that when trying to knock our awing pegs into the gravel, it was very deep aggregate and the pegs had nowhere to grip. We subsequently had to reposition our caravan right at the edge of the hardstanding. This in no way spoilt our stay but it would have been good to realise before we started. Hence this not a criticism but a word of advice to others. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay and we will be back.
