A small five pitch site in a stunning location. Booking was straightforward as Ann promptly returns emails, directions to site are clear and the welcome here is very warm. Nice to have water and drain on each site with convenient hook up. Lots of information in the barn which also houses the toilet and shower (basic but spotlessly clean). Despite some interesting weather (the “storm” and the snow, I had a fabulous few days here….walks from the doorstep to adjacent fells, Pendleton Hill and Ogden reservoirs within a few miles, Forest of Bowland a short drive away with fabulous mountain bike trails, the magic of the Yorkshire Dales and National Park with walking, majestic waterfalls, craggy cliffs and plenty of pubs! Most definitely on my list to return to this site…highly recommended but don’t tell too many other people!
