Thank you for your review, we had just had the meters installed and I did check the meters for my own benefit, neither you or anyone on the site had to pay any more money than the £20.00 quoted, you only paid the winter charge of £20 per night. and in that £20.00 you were allowed £5.00 of electric per night( The summer price is £18.00) The meter is a safeguard to stop customers leaving the heating and other appliances switched on when they go out for the day. Regarding your teenage children, Our prices are based on two people in the unit, any additional adults (over the age of 16years) we make a charge of £1 per night per person, I thought your sons looked over the age of 16yrs obviously I was wrong, if you recall l ask the gentleman “how many adults are there” (not the size of your family)he replied very abruptly “two” I took him at his word gave him his receipt and left. We have grand children that visit and love to see children enjoying themselves on our site.  With regard to the size of the site we only have 13 electric pitches in total and we do have two caravans on winter storage.  However I am sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable, it certainly wasn’t the intention we try to help the best we can. We have had the caravan club CL for 30 years now and I think this must be the first time I’ve upset someone I do apologise Allison
