This was our first time out with our 1st caravan.
We wanted to visit the Workhouse at Southwell hence choosing this site.
Access was easy and free to choose where to pitch. There is some hardstanding and grass pitches.
Lovely location to explore. Great walking from the site (to a pub or too!) Access into the woodland at the top of the site. The bluebells were in bloom and looked stunning.
Great farm shop nearby for all your BBQ needs.
A little road noise at night but did not put us off.
We would happily return.
Spring Bank Holiday 2013
Lovely site with easy access, we only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay longer, lots of trees making it a bird lovers paradise, we saw 16 different species in 2 hours of arriving. Jenny came round for a chat and to see if we were ok, which was nice. A bit of road noise through the day but was quiet at night.
